From the beginning – when designing our devices – we had a vision of creating a full family of robots that would complement each other during the work and perform tasks in a way that has not been available so far – with particular emphasis on the safety of people. Our vehicles can be assigned to several groups – due to the specificity of the task and the conditions in which it will be performed.

We have developed an innovative, intelligent, high-performance system for conducting specialized underwater works, consisting of a remotely controlled underwater vehicle ROV OCTOPUS, which can perform:

INSPECTION WORKS

Any work that requires a closer look at sunken objects, but there is a suspicion that the task will be too dangerous for the diver.

INSPECTION ROV WITH HD CAMERA

ROV vehicles have real time cameras that transmit the image to the surface, lighting enables work even in very poor visibility. Depending on the water body and the prevailing hydrodynamic conditions, we choose an inspection ROV – lighter and smaller, or WORK CLASS – larger and much heavier, adapted to sea conditions.
RESERVOIRS DATA COLLECTION AND LOCATION OF SUNKEN OBJECTS

Inspection works may also concern the collection of data on water bodies – their depth, bottom shape or alleged objects located on it. It is possible to precisely locate the sunken object, image it using sonar or magnetometer and determine whether it is potentially dangerous (UXO, WFA) and then try to extract it.

FERROMAGNETIC SURFACES INSPECTIONS
Not only sunken objects requires inspection works. In case of ferromagnetic surfaces – such as the hull of ships or large industrial tanks – there is a need to inspect the dry surface. Magnetic robot MC MagRob equipped with cameras and lighting – step by step – allows to verify condition of the given area. Positioning reveal the exact location of damage and cameras let us to assess their scale.

FERROMAGNETIC SURFACES SERVICE WORKS

Service works on the walls of large industrial tanks or the ships hulls, which requires removal of corrosion layer, or in the case of damaged paint coating – first remove it before planned renovation. Used apparatus literally rippes off impurities with water under ultra-high pressure (UHP). Collected impurities are discharged into the tank, which allows to dispose of pollutants in an environmentally safe way. Our magnetic robot, with a different cleaning device – using only high pressure – enables removal of biological fouling accumulating on the sides of ships without damaging the paint coating. From an ecological point of view, it is very important that such contaminants do not enter the port basin during cleaning. Therefore, used filtration system purifies water used for cleaning and returns it in a form that does not threaten the local flora and fauna.

Any tasks that require going under water or moving in other – dangerous for diver – liquid. In need of observation, rescue or search purposes also on water bodies covered with ice.
